When will my Made to Order item ship? Made to Order items ship in 5 business days. Should there be a delay, you will be notified immediately.

What is the policy on Refunds? We will happily exchange any item in it’s original, unused condition, for a like item or an item(s) of equal value (shipping costs not included).  Refunds will be issued in the form of shop credit, for any item returned in it’s original, unused condition.

Will you make a custom size? Absolutely! In fact, I got an e-mail my first week asking for a cape to fit a 6′2″ man. I love making your visions a reality. Aside from additional materials charge when applicable, there is no fee for a custom sizing.

I don’t see the color I want listed…. Please e-mail me with what you are looking for. There is a chance that I have something in my work room that simply isn’t online yet. Also, I make re-stocking trips every few weeks, so if you can be patient…..

I want you to make something sorta- similar yet completely different that what I see… Sure. I’m certainly interested in hearing more. Please e-mail me with links &/or pictures of what you have in mind. I’ll contact you and let you know if it’s something I think I can do. An example is a request for a Viking hat.
